Printed foam board exhibition panels for Sofa Source

This time Sofa Source UK Ltd. has approached us with an idea for even bigger structural exhibition stand construction. For the modular frame system we used graphic panels printed on 10x5ft sheets of 5mm foam core and 4mm correx. All the double sided hanging panels were printed on foam centred boards while the corner triangular corner totems were printed on 4mm correx.

The large size suspended panels for the stand required lightweight material so foam core sheets were the best solution. Foam core smooth finish combined with the lightest possible weight assured not only the highest quality print finish but also made the stand even safer adding an extra measure to the health and safety conditions.

The huge stand construction was based on 6 long pillars. To hide the framework and accommodate the space for advertising we printed large correx triangular totems/wraps acting as display towers. Having long history of printing bollard wraps we applied the same principle so it was fairly easy task. 10x5ft 4mm correx sheets scored to allow bending prepared with long Velcro strips made also the installation a very easy and quick task.
