Producing the Way Marker Signs

We were approached directly by British Cycling who were desperate for 500+ correx boards to be printed in a super fast turn around time.

Our first step was pricing the job as always we provide the price based on the clients request however when it's possible we do offer an alternative that would decrease the price for the client. A slightly different size was suggested to the client which meant that we could fit more prints on to a sheet which would mean the job would be both more cost effective and time effective. As a result of this the order quantity was actually increased to 600+

After pricing was complete we moved on to the proofing stage. As these boards were to be fit to posts we supplied proofs of each of the 30+ designs with a mark as to where each of the holes would be placed. Once this had all been confirmed we proceeded to print.

In only 3 working days print was completed of the 600 + Correx boards at roughly A1 size were packed in the most cost effective manner - in this case we packed the signage on to a pallet and shipped them via same day courier.
